what do the experts think about pre-season policy of two week practice schedule each day from 7 am to 2:00pm- 7 hours each day on site for the players no going home during that, no double sessions with break, just 7 hours straight on site each day for two weeks?

sounds like they think they are coaching a D-1 program. Sounds like burnout, overkill and driving more kids away from the program to me. I am no pussy but that sounds over the top. I guess that may explain the lack of success with the new coach and his lack of success in his career. just my opinion

Don't play if you can't handle it, grow up NH parents. You are spoiled brats and nobody likes you people. Parents and kids are so bad and rude and spoiled. My kid can' t wait and that will make him a better person in life.

Do your homework before you make comments. All schools go double sessions before season begins. Players do get breaks. Maybe they go straight through so the parents are not running back and forth to school, which they would be complaining about. It doesn't surprise me that NH parents don't appreciate the time these coaches put into the program, because that's NH!! Win or lose, these players will be better, because of participating!!
