I would also like to nominate AEE SOLAR in Sacramento Ca.A group of me who put so much time, energy, heart, and drive into this company.Yet never recognized for their hard work and dedicated.There's a young man by the name of Junior who puts so much dedication into this company.Truck drivers and customers adore him and respect him for his hard work.He struggles so much financially.But he works very hard to support his family.Please keep AEE SOLAR in Sacramento Ca in mind.thank you!

I wonder how he'd like to work 12 hours a day with just one break.... I bet he wouldn't and/or doesn't care!
To be considered part time and still work 80+ hours a week with no benefits or even consideration.... I also think if he's got enough balls to do it it should be in district 59 as I'm sure not any of the AMs would even know him or his name

I would like to nominate the CEO of Rue21 clothing stores. I have worked at Rue21 as a sales associate and as a stock room manager for the past 3 years on and off. I absolutely love my job and the people that I work with BUT.. The work load is so heavy for the employes and the pay is so minimal. They expect their employes to work like slaves for as little as possible. Now, I am a firm believer of putting in an honest days work for an honest days pay but that certainly isn't the case at Rue21. I feel like the CEO and corporate are so disconnected from the company. They are obviously oblivious to what actually goes in in one of their stores and how hard it is to complete multiple tasks per day along with high customer service AND pushing fragrance sales! It's nearly impossible to get everything done on time. And they wonder why they can't get employes to stay for an extended period of time. I love Rue21 and I really think it would help this company grow stronger is the CEO would go undercover and see what it's REALLY like for their hard working employes on a day to day baises. Send him to gulfport, Mississippi or to another high volume store to see how hard we work for min wage and what we have to accomplish while only scheduled 20 hours a week for each employe..

I nominate Shamrock foods in phoenix, AZ. Machines are constantly breaking down and making work very difficult. The managers come down on the employees for not reaching their numbers on the job, but don't understand that it is almost impossible with the dis functional machinary. All the employees want to do, is their job, but can't perform because of all of the problems. Please address this and do what's fair.

Amazon.com needs someone to go on Undercover Boss at the North Las Vegas, NV warehouse.
I've been there for 5 years; seeing it change from an Outbound/Inbound Facility, to a Customer Returns Center. Things are not good, management has no idea what we workers have to deal with. They make policies without even talking to "the people who do the jobs" , we know what works and what doesn't, and all they do is to find new ways to "write us up"!
I have 2 Bachelor's Degrees, 2 minors and Massage Therapy School, management doesn't care; They don't care HOW LONG YOU HAVE WORKED FOR THE COMPANY", NO SENIORITY!
I have trained dozens of people, and then, I watch them get the good jobs, increase in pay, and more responsibility. To have your manager tell you they will not support me getting a Processing Assistant Tier 3 position!! I'm stuck in processing HELL, I hear others talk about "how to cheat to get the best rates. I LIVE MY LIFE BY THE "RULES", WHILE EVERYONE ELSE CHEATS!
NO THANKSGIVING LUNCH THIS YEAR, FOR SOME IT MAY HAVE BEEN THE ONLY MEAL THAT DAY, BUT NOW, NOTHING! I'M SURE CHRISTMAS WILL BE THE SAME!
No increase in pay for Cost of Living" I have reached the cap of pay, when:
Rent goes up
Utilities go up
Food cost goes up
Gas prices go up
I thought that I had a way to move up; There is no one in Upper Management is not going to let that happen.
EVER DAY FOR THE PAST YEAR I GO TO WORK TERRIFIED THAT I WILL BE LET GO! I NEED THIS JOB, I work hard everyday, I GET 3 BREAKS IN THE 10 HOUR SHIFT, 1ST BREAK 9:30AM, I GET TO GO TO THE BATHROOM; LUNCH AT 12:30 IS BATHROOM #2; THEN LAST BREAK AT 3:30 and the last BATHROOM BREAK!! I don't stop to walk around and talk to others. I'm there to work, to do a job, that I feel proud of doing.
MORALE REALLY SUCKS AT THIS WAREHOUSE! IT'S EVERY PERSON FOR THEMSELVES-THERE IS NO TEAM WORK!
WHEN I STARTED 5 YEARS AGO, NO ONE IN MANAGEMENT IS STILL HERE 5 YEARS LATER. There is so much more about this company that needs a lot of help, we are not happy. makes millions from our blood, sweat and tears; BUT THEY DON'T CARE HOW MANY YEARS OF DEDICATION YOU HAVE PUT IN, HOW HARD YOU WORK-THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT RATE AND MAKING US GO FASTER AND FASTER!! Please help, the Holiday Season is approaching, time for more millions of dollars to be made-We can't complain, we are all expendable.

You should so do undercover boss as a Nursing assistant at a hospital or nursing home...no one appreciate us at all and we get pd crap but do all the work, and know the patients..and never ever get a high five for what we do!!! We always know if something is different with patient or not right...we get pd crap but nurses get pd alot and half the time us cna are doing the nurses treatments...not right..

I would like to nominate Southern States Petroleum and the store in Spring Mills WV, managed by Tim Carboni. The store is horribly under staffed and the staff has spoken with the labor board at least 2 times. The manager is never in, and the supervisor/dispatcher is always rushing the burner service and drivers. Please visit this establishment and the people who have worked there upwards of 20+ years!!

They go though so much to make their company growing and successful and it's sad . They barely have lives outside of work and much more . Let them work undercover to find out .

I nominate sierra pacific lumber company in lincoln california..red (owner) should see exactly what it takes for the people working to make him billions... my husbands been there 8 yrs ..AMAZING employees at this particular mill location..just hard working family men killing themselves everyday..I think when my hubby come on board they had just done away with the company pik - nik and xmas party... really ! We have as date seen one of each that were lovely and much appreciated..there was the whole econemy crash but likely dident hurt red..all I know is my hubby KILLS himself sometimes he work 11-12 hours, come home sleep two three hours go back in because he needed to cover for someone hurt, sick or other..many of the men there AMAZING hard working men.....I've been with my hubby 22 yrs. Hes alwsys done mill work, always been an smazing employee..I can honestly say in 22 my hubby has not called in sick 5 x.there are a lot of hard workin guys here .. Juan and Jose, amazing you don't find people like this everywhere

I would like to nominate the CEO of unifirst uniform company out of michigan to be on the show under cover boss to see how bad there delivery system works on getting uniforms to their customers. My experien6254ce with them is horrible. I work 7 days a week and only receive 3 or maybe 5 clean uniforms the following week. This has been going on for over a year now and it is totally ridiculous how nothing gets done about it.

I would like to nominate the C.E.O of Johnson and Johnson to come out to Colorado and check out the monument manufacturing plant. On second shift to see that we do not have the support of supervisors or engineers or in some cases a tech to be able to help with machine problems. Also to see the type of drama that we have to deal with along with the bad pay and bad merit increases.
