just because they had a sign up also the sign owner didn't check and see if the two owner had a permit from the city and the person who put up the sign didn't inquire on how much the car owners would be charged and or if the two company was honest it all falls on the person who put up the sign they can be sued but who put up the sign the owner of the property or labor ready... labor ready rents the property and the owner of property has no right putting a sign on a renters property when the renter allows the people to park

I am a victim of this scam, is there an attorney who would file civilly on behalf of all the victims? Perhaps the proceeds could be donated to a worthy cause.

Just one of the many reasons that I refuse to set foot within the dirty city of Utica. I don't care what event is happening in Utica, I will not bother attending it. This city is a dirty, dying rat hole full of corrupt politicians and business people, streets full of unemployed wellfare scum, and other assorted scary types.

Her father was Rufie Elefante this broads about 90 and she still collects a ton of money from the city . I understand though when she says that she let people park there for along time, but now the day after the event, there is all kinds of trash to pick up, I do not blame her , as for the tow truck driver making 200 a tow thats BS, that shows you what a piece of crap he is.Thats probably how he treats his customers think twice before you call him

Anyone in attendance at UC games has heard numerous announcements this season and past not to park in the Labor Ready lot. It sucks for those who aren't aware of it but there are signs there and saying you thought it was just during business hours is ignorant.

I paid that tow truck operator $175 to get my car. I thought it was high too and thought it was odd that my car was towed out of the city limits! I needed my car so I didn't say anything. He's got a good racket pulling in money that way!

There is an announcement at every game alerting patrons NOT to park on Labor Ready property...Sounds to me like Rowan just thinks he can do whatever he wants to do..You know what they say about people who "assume" it is only during business hours.
