Once he incorporates in Delaware and the official corporate headquarters is located in Delaware, it's a game changer. Or do you not understand what the next step is?
Delaware is pretty low on the dairy totem pole in the USA, but I bet if they could cinch this, they'd love to start de-regulating farms and getting Chobani to manufacture in their state!

Pro-business, imagine that. It used to be like that here a long time ago. Next we will hear from Cuomo how yogurt should be banned in NYS

I'd love to see the numbers on how this affects NY. They are still buying NY milk and making it there. Once they see the real difference in the bottom line they're off.

But Cuomo says NY is a business-friendly state. He wouldn't lie would he?

<quoted text>. Your way out of your league on this one nano.... Not even a remote possibility that Chobani could afford to pick up and move to Delaware, or in fact even secure a supply of milk in the volumes they require in Delaware..... No chance whatsoever.......
If this 'maneuver' doesn't negatively impact our milk producers that's great news. The fact that they are doing it to save profit speaks volumes about NYS business policies, rules, regs, taxes, fees, and negative attitudes ad nauseum

<quoted text> the whole Delaware thing was to do with selling stock and shares in the company and taking it public. It has nothing to do with the manufacturing side of things.....
This statement is correct. This has zero impact on production. This is purely about $$$. Delaware has the most lax incorporation laws in the Country. Chobani wants to go public, and they want to do it as quickly, and cheaply as possible.

NY prices itself out of everything it touches. Serves them right.
