Save money? Let's see according to the 2007 IRS 990 Mike Daly the CEO averages 35hrs per week and earns $87,258 plus $14,903 in his Employee benefit plan contibution. What the hell does he actually do?

Hey Cut,

I bet 95% of his board works for a non-profit or someplace where their salaries are paid by the tax payers. Sounds like a lot of inner twining of ARCURI agencies going on here.

This is another example of just how STUPID you caseworkers really are. WE the taxpayers, provide the funding to programs like yours. You claim to save OC money, but yet you are still spending money that does not NEED to be spent. Stop trying to justify your useless existence and wasteful expenditures. OC shouldn't be spending the money it spends either on such nonsense. All this crap does is fund your salaries and drive private industry away. What don't you get? People in your chosen profession are a bigger drain on the society than the population you profess to serve.
I hope one day you have kids that need services to help them out because your child is out of control and you are the one crying the blues because you don't know what to do with them. You will one day be calling Kids Oneida up and asking how to get your child referred to them.

Kids Oneida provides support and opportunities for these kids that they would not receive elsewhere. I love ignorant people like you who think the social problems that exist in our counties can be shoved in the clost and forgotten about, so long as it doesn't cost tax dollars you are for it. Wake up and get educated, there is an overwhelming need for programs like Kids Oneida and many other offered in Oneida and Herkimer County.

I've known Mike a long time. Well-educated, he should make a decent wage. Has at least a master's degree, maybe more, was at the house of the Good Shepard for at least 20 years. Talk to people who have worked with Mike or know Mike, I don't think you'll hear anything negative.

He's a standup guy. Do you want a bum doing to job for $20,000 a year? No, you want a well-educated, experienced person, so guess what: you pay for that.

Mike is a great addition to any organization, and the county is lucky to have him running Kids Oneida.

Here we go. Mike at least school your people in logic and let's spare the emotion. But, since sissy took a swing and left the door open, it's my turn to give her a dose of reality.

I have kids and do NOT want you or any other person around them. In hindsight, I probably should have homeschooled them given NY's failing education system. My dear friend, anytime you depend on government or social service type agencies to make your life better look out. This is nothing but socialism.

For years people got along fine WITHOUT people like you. I don't care about your units of service or how else you try to measure/justify the numbers to the funding sources. These cases were always here and will be here with or without you.

If my kids get out of control, they will get a beating they won't ever forget. Rest assured, they will never give me a hard time again. I don't need your talk therapy techniques. Kids need parents to be parents and parents should not have to worry about CPS and all the other contribed BS that you all the other useless beauracrats subscribe to. YOU and your co-workers do NOTHING of value for anyone.

Given the opportunity, I'd smack you silly to until you came to your senses.
So get off your high horse and spare me the almighty crap that you keep telling yourself everyday.

it's another gaff program run by grants to give people otherwise unemployable jobs. Keep your psychologists out of our children's heads and go get a real job like cleaning toilets.
