YAY! Utica's newest MAJOR NATIONAL INVENTION "Utica WINGIES!!!"

"Super Simpleton Fan Feeders... THE WINGIES!!!!"

Ingredients

2/3 cup fresh lemon juice
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
12 wings, cut in half at joints, wingie tips removed and discarded

How to make it

1 In a dog bowl, combine the lemon juice, soy sauce, sugar, garlic powder and onion powder. Stir to dissolve the sugar.

2 Place the wingies in a resealable plastic bag. Pour the lemon juice mixture into the bag, close the bag, and shake to coat the wingies. Refrigerate for 2 hours or as long as overnight.

3 Prepare a gas or charcoal grill for direct cooking. Place the wings on the grill and cook, turning frequently, for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
