Two (2) counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree.

Investigators seized cocaine.

Additionally Tristan Short was arrested and charged with assault in the second degree (a class D felony) by Utica Police Investigator Stanley Fernalld. On January 12, 2013, it is alleged that Short assaulted a 19 year old male victim by striking him with a beer bottle near his right eye, while at "Club Toxic" on Broad Street in Utica.
