Hamilton Ortho practice really is terrific. I personally wouldn't go anywhere else to be honest. Not necessarily because I've heard bad things, but because my experience with the doctors there, specifically Dr. Meeks, was pretty great. Had my ACL and Cart repaired back in 2002 - no problems whatsoever. Obviously, that isn't as serious as herniated discs and what not, but I like em.

Yeah had surgery by Dr John Cannizzaro, after he did the surgery he didn't want to know anything about post- operative pain. He sent me to therapy and that caused more pain. I have multiple problems. I told the people in therapy that pulling on the elastic straps was causing pain in my neck <spinal fusion prior> and back <spinal stenois> was in agony. He told me it would take months to for him to hook me up with a back doctor. Basically they take your money for the surgery and kick ya to the door.

I really need to find a new doctor and also a surgeon because the pain i am in on a daily basis is unbearable and im considering getting surgery

Anywhere but Utica. If you have the time go to Syracuse or Albany.

See Dr. Battista in Kirkland at Advanced Physical Medicine and Rehab- I tried many Drs. before him, and can honestly say I get good relief for about 9 months at a time with him. That's almost as good as no pain. He does not prescribe me any drugs, just caudal inj and radio frequency is the big success, you just need to do a couple of injections before the will do RF. It's protocol.

It sounds like you had what I had.... Go to Dr. Fredrickson at Upstate University Orthopedic Center. They are located at 550 Harrison Center Building 550 Adams street in Syracuse. He is very good and is Cheif of sergons and does teaching of the students there. I tell I could walk 25 feet with pain and being hunch over and he did disc replacement with silacon disc and I can now run the Boilermaker.
