I used to love the hams from Schallers Smokehouse in Bridgewater, until John gave up the business. Does anyone know any places to get a real, honest smoked ham with the bone in. Not one of the water injected, sprial cuts.

Go to Pulaski's meat market on Lenox Ave. Best hams in the area.

Hapanowicz Meat Market has John Morrel smoked hams. They are the real kind with the bone in(they also have boneless if you prefer)and no water added. They are very good.

Yup, this is all the answer you need, especially around Easter and Christmas when he has lots available. He runs a clean, decent and honest business there and buys and sells ONLY quality product. A real gem in the city.

Pulaski smokes his own from FRESH, bone-in hams. No pumps or adds like many processed brand name hams like Farmland and Morrell (even though theirs are also very good, just not AS good).
