The landscaping has not been kept up since the last owners purchased the house. The fence is falling down on the side of the house. The inside is probably has been let go also. The drapes are the same ones since two previous owners installed them which was years ago.If they want to sell it they will have to lower the price about $100,000. No one is going to pay $400,000 and have to put $250,000 to get it back to its orginal condition.

Just an overdone raised ranch in a 1960 contemporary exterior

I don't understand why anyone would want to live in utica, especially on parkway. A block or 2 away is trash and bad crime, to get out of that area you are forced to drive through lots of lights, potholes and shady parts of utica. Not so attractive!

A street you could never hope to afford to live on.

I live in a very gorgeous 280k house nestled OUTSIDE of utica and i can afford another one if I wanted it. But that doesn't matter, there is always someone richer with a bigger home. My point isn't about the homes, it's about their location being next to crime and run down trash on the grand ole Parkway!!! Ooooo lala.

I agree with you. I grew up 3 houses away. Bad element always walking around there. Cars fly down the street. Dont know why the police never put a speed trap. When the Baum's lived in that house it was emmaculate

Number 1, who cares? Unless you are looking to buy the house. Number 2, if you don't like the Parkway don't live there. Plenty of people like living on the Parkway. And if you don't live there, why the hell do you care? Nothing better to do apparently.

Whoever owns that house needs to hire a housekeeper as all the photos show an outdated, gaudy Italian furnishings and messes in each room.

Someonw should tell the Realitor that is trying to sell this house that they should invest in "staging" this house if they want to sell it fast.

The price being shown in only $235,000 - quite a drop from the $400,000 the previous owners paid for it.

Personally, I would NOT buy this house - too much of an upkeep and like the other posters have mentioned - too close to crime areas.

Utica is way past it's prime and will NEVER recover from the current condition, and will get much worse in the coming years. I'm not talking 10 or 20 years, I'm talking 5 tops! Anyone who would even consider buying a house in Utica is insane, gullible, or blind. All you have to do is look at pictures of Detroit to see where Utica is heading. There are houses exactly like this one, occupied by welfare recipients.

You clowns cant spell and would be lucky to but a house on pelleteri ave. Cut down on cigarette use and maybe you can move out of the roach motel. Jealous losers.

The house was not purchased for $400. Purchased for $200. Records are available. There was major improvement to the interior and exterior.
