Warning: The Rash is posting above. He's under his bridge (by the Crossgate Mall) sleeping it off right now, but he'll back after lapping Cretin's tiny sac-o-nuts clean to start the afternoon.

Sorry infant. That only works on you cny lowlife. Fact is your war on drugs is a failure designed to keep fat failures fed in the prisonman failhero economy.

Maybe if the incompetent Rome Police Department did their jobs it wouldn't be so bad. Get rid of the do nothing brass who sit around or put then in a car and make them work. So now get off of the Utica Topix and go back on the dirtbag Rome Forum.

Its everywhere unfortunately. Also the narcotic pill addiction is driving perfectly normal everyday people to this horrific drug. Its cheaper! As long as the demand is there the dealers will be in business. Most police are ineffective with this battle. Hard to watch and soon it will turn into violence everywhere. Sad but true.

When our country realises that narcotic addiction is a medical problem and not a criminal one, our society will be able to start helping people recover.

I agree there is not very much help for people who want to recover. There is a three month wait list at mcpike, which is really the only rehab out there. People addicated to heroin need at least a month to fully detox and at least a year of out patient rehab, it takes almost 1 year for their brain to fully recover, but there is not much help for them which is why 97 percent of people relapse.
