facts are incorrect cicero. different owner. How many of these "mistakes"/blunders are we going to put up with? How many "mistakes"/blunders go without being caught? This is so surreal. I can't beleive this man still has a job and has the audacity to blame someone else when his name is stamped on the check. doesn't anyone review these payments? many unanswered questions.

The current LLC business listed at that address is Cobblestone Disposal Services.

You would lose that bet I no the owner they got nothing from the city but a building that was on the demo list, they paid tax on it to the city every year and put there own money into it without any help from anyone. They did sell it and Did buy the dwyer ave building from the city o by the way this building was empty for about 20 years they fixed this building up also without any help from the city and it also was also on the demo list. Yes they pay taxs on this building also( put it back on the tax roll) and it looks great now. Don't you see a good that come from people that invest in the city without Any help from anyone? And save the city from haveing to spend a million bucks on demoing buildings. What have you done in your life that saved the city money and put people to work to try and bring back the city?

Look at it this way. You work you get paid for the hours you work. Can you put in the hours you work ahead of time? NO. Whoever make out this order put it in so far ahead of time that one of the checks was able to come back. This is just wrong, when you are the one writing the check usually don't pay attention to who or even how much the checks are for.
I guess everyone that works in the comptroller's office are going to have to make sure they read each and every order and go and double check to make sure it has been approved to write it. Lots of extra leg work.

So are you saying poster Really that each department in the city makes their own checks out? in that case why do we need a controller? we should question why do we need a controller in the first place when all he does is give out our money. then the guy has the nerve to blame sullivan and his department instead of taking responsibilty for his own blunders, it is blunder after blunder with this department and no one has lost their job including the man in charge. anywhere but governement that guy is gone. He blames everyone else for own blunders. It is time to stand up and take reponsibility instead of looking for a higher office. It scares us to think what this guy could do if he really were mayor. how can he be mayor if he can't even run a finance office? what a joke this guy is. he should stick to what he does best, working on cars. good mechanic/bad controller.

how much did they pay for the building on dwyer ? also that building on dwyer should have been sold to CWSI garbage company they wanted that site but our leaders thought it would be better if they stayed on belle ave they cold have moved right in and put it on the tax roll and everything would be just fine
