Remember when I put in a 100 percent effort to change the image of cornhill some 15 years ago!
With a zero tolerance policy, and introducing foot patrol and community interaction.

Only to have local politicians lead by Arcuri to work against my effort to clean up the city and to make it a safe place to live.

Fithteen years later now look what you got!
Say thank you to Mr Arcuri and his political cronies who help loot your county.
Yes and some are still in power to this day!

Believe me we have it good here compared to other citys in this country, safe and sound compared to Syracuse then think about a big obama hang-out like Chicago, whoa!

Utica needs to bring in the NYS Police in large numbers and shake up this local drug turf war.

I watched a black SUV park 7 vehicles in front of the Utica Armadillo last week and sell drugs during the morning. They are not scared of Utica PD at all.

Time to take back the streets Mr. Mayor.

Its not the mayor shooting people. its not the mayor or the police selling and doing drugs, its not the mayor or the police or the county's fault that Utica residents choose to deal and do drugs IS IT? Fact is the people of the city want what they have. Stop pushing blame and face facts.

Thats like saying it too late for a flu shot. Its all your cousins fault that you fall over yourself to protect so much.

It would be awesome if one of those things led to your soon to be coming demise.

Didn't a large number of the 'Utica Cops' that everyone on here hates, just transfer to the NYS Police? Now they are good enough and you want them back, lol, idiots. Same people, different uniforms.

You know it. Look at cities like Philly or Baltimore. There are basically miles of all black housing that you would never consider driving through. Even cops tell me they wont go there unless they are in armored vehicles.

UTICA, N.Y.(WKTV)-There's been another shooting in the City of Utica, the third in less than a week.

Reports of shots fired happened just after 3 a.m. Thursday morning, on 795 Mary St.

One victim has been taken to the hospital for non life-threatening injuries.

This comes as Utica police are investigating the fifth homicide of the year and it's the third shooting in less than a week in the city.
