Dreaming, no pitching, low run production. They have given up more then they have scored, lucky to have won as many games as they have. Third place at best.

That's funny. Detroit looks tough but I've been a Yankee fan for a long time

Typically, the team that can hang in there and get hot at the end of the year takes it. I think the odds are against them and the pitching that started out good has faded quite a bit. But you Neva Neva know

The Yankees just don't have that team swagger so to speak.. They just seem like a group of individual " play for themselves" type.. The Sox have started out slow but are hanging around and Baltimore looks pretty good... The way I see it is its the AL east , its almost a league within MLB its by far and away the toughest division to hit and pitch in.. Should be a great year to watch it as usual...

Somehow Baltimore and Toronto have figured out how to screw it up in September and the Saux and Yanks have been able to be the wild cards or league champs although the Yanks haven't been good the last two years. I think it's Boston's division to lose but I'd love to see Jeter go out with a ring. Storybook stuff just like most of his career

Yankees have no pitching except for a couple guys, poor defense,no hitting, bad chemistry. Cashman should be held accountable. he is given lots of money to spend and he usually spends on players on the tail end of careers

Jeter should have retired after 2012 when he had a great year. He sucks now.As a Yankee fan for years I felt he was automatic. He can't hit anymore and his defense at short has got to be the worst in the majors. He can't even make the routine plays. And the yankees should have let Sabathia go to years ago when he opted out instead of re-signing him. He is terrible
