just thought people would want to know , we got pizza there there last nite . mind you we have been going there 15 years. sat down to eat dinner and bam a long piece of hair rite in the cheese . called them back and they said o no problem bring it back we;ll make you a new one . 5 miles away .so i go back the manager lady says here is your new pizza , i said how about the money back for the pizza . oh no she says we cant do that ,i am all done there . i cant figure the mentality of a buiseness owner especially with times being tough , i will not only stop going there after 15 years as a customer . i will tell everyone i know about thier attitude after their employes hair was in my food .dumb move on there part. also i think a little visit from the health dept is in order . any one think this place is dirty now

Sound like they need to purchase some hair nets. But, if you wanted a refund, you should have told them before they started making you another pizza. I wouldn't have expected them to make me a complimentary pizza AND refund me the price of the original pizza. Some people will milk the "customer is always right" motto for all it's worth. It sounds like you're just being greedy.

Sorry pizza john,(oops, I mean bianca), but a Hamilton student would not have said, "we use to eat there."
Try again and maybe you should post using your name so you don't look like such an idiot.

a peice of hair? I'ts people like you that make me sick. You think the food is good enough to buy for 15 years and in 15 years you found a peice of hair once sounds like a good track record. accidents happen, I could see if it happened all the time but one hair? you are that petty to drive five miles for one hair? Throw the slice out and and finish the damn pizza. There is not many mom and pop shop's left and you wanna tear a long standing one down for one screw up in 15 years. If it was my place I'd ban you anyway. If a pizza is say 10 buck's your drive for five miles is worth that much you should get a car thats better on gas, or your just a popums ass who think's the world owes something cause your so great. who gives a shat. so a hair of someones head went into the food. are you going to die? get a grip and suck it up. shat happens jackass. if you like the place for fifteen years then you are an ass for posting this. shit happens and sometimes a clean piece of hair goes into the food. your filthy hands are worse than a piece of hair. you were looking for a freebie.

okay listen IF you want a CLEAN pizza place in Clinton, try bryans pizza place behind dunkin donuts... mega super extra clean. I think the food is better than tonys anyway. go ahead and get one of their slices and see how big it is compared to tonys. i am pretty sure they dont have hair on the menu.

I use to work at Hamilton college and my mother lives in clinton down the road from Tony's. My only gripe with them was a couple years back I ordered a steak sub they use roastbeef just heat it and call it steak. I called and told them they gave me roastbeef but i ordered a steak and mozzarella sub. They replied with yea we use roastbeef as steak, thats what it is. Pizza and other food was never a problem

Pizza john, you are a horse's ass. At least that's where your taste is. Tony's in Clinton serves up the greasiest pizza I have ever eaten. After 15 years of that crap your arteries must be clogged, which tells us why you don't get much blood up to your brain, which explains your poor grammar. You're a LOSER.
