LMAO - That's like putting a Fox in charge of the Hen House

Or a Cop with a gambling addiction in charge of the evidence room (oops, that happened in Herkimer already)

Maybe if somebody called for an ethics board 50 years ago Utica might be as big as Syracuse, Rochester or Buffalo rather than like Amsterdam, a stop along the thruway for people on their way to somewhere else.

The last "ethics" board was packed with THE most political people they could appoint. It was a total farce, just like this gesture is. Remember who was on the last board? A Ucsd teacher who was in Mike Arcuri's pocket and who doled out undeserving favors to his kids. Repeatedly. Expect more of the same.

Very similar to the Moreland Commission, initiated by our fine governor?
Now, the governor is facing a federal investigation for disbanding his own commission because it was beginning to look at Cuomo's own administration.
Hopefully, our mayor will bring down like justice.

And the sad thing is nothing will come of this as Andrew the Pious slides thru an easy reelection. There should be more made of this.
