Where is this mall they were going to build on the old Bossert site? There were these big proclamations that the land had been sold and was going to be developed and it was going to be this wildly successful retail space. Where is it? Why is no one building?

These things take time. it is not a mall, it will have separate buildings. Also, no one seems to understand the magnitude of this type of operation. Being on contaminated land does not help. There are many rules and regulations one must learn and follow when building on a former brownfield. ALso, you need to design, not just the building but the infrastructure. Loans, grants, army cor of engineers, SEECOR, more gov BS than one can handle. You are looking at a min 5 million dollar investment. It take time, and yes in some cases years. Once all the approvals are given, the actual construction will be quick

That land has already been cleaned. There is no contamination. 5 million investment. Your crazy. Jim is going to invest about a million.
