ned United States	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #9 Feb 26, 2013 I remember years ago when the beat cop would know you and smile sometimes, Ihad a respect for the big officer who got out of the patrol car in my neighborhood and feared him sometimes and would never want to didrespect him as he always treated me great.I always seen a police car prowling around in my neighborhood. The cop didnt look so military and most had character. You could joke about some of the personalitlies of them. Some were funny and some were serious.There was a cop for every neighborhood. What happened.
