Does this mean that if you are on a public residential street and you have to go Pee then you must let them in your home to use your bathroom?

no difference on business who don't have public restrooms. Family dollar posts it in their windows "NO PUBLIC BATH ROOMS" as I am sure people go in there to steal anyway and is a good place to hide stuff while in the bathroom.

Ok I am not a cheap person and love to spend my money locally. I personally think people should try to do this more ... It only helps our local area ..I also understand how hard small business have it right now , with all the cost increases, and New taxes coming up. But I am not a retard , I will not spend 2x .... My issue is , I stopped at Holland farms and got a dozen donuts ..$17 Are u nuts !! I have been working in Rome for the past month and have been going to a dippin donuts ... Wow what a difference ! The service ... Outstanding ! The girl at the counter was so sweet . I asked if they had any more jelly or Boston's... She ran in the back and asked the owner , and he made them for me ! Are u kidding me ! These things are huge , and better then holland's , the dozen there was under $8 ... I asked her if there was any of these shops by Utica... She said "john" just opened one in new Hartford. On Seneca turnpike... Bye bye Holland farms , I'm done getting ripped off for shit !

Holland Farms has good stuff but their prices are WAY TOO HIGH. Believe it or not, Byrne Dairy has better donuts and they are HALF the price.
Anyone who pays over $16 for a dozen donute is NUTS.

Disgusted that Holland Farms has Criminal Mayor Joe Fusco in their commercial.
Boycott time for people with morals.......
Just go to Rome's Topix forum to read the truth about Fusco.....it is not pretty!

I was there last week. Horrible! I have gone to Holland Farms numerous times over the years and loved there salads. Last week it was horrible. I got the potato salad, macaroni salad and coleslaw. The potatoes were irregular sized and mushy(They are usually diced all same size which is important in the salad). The pasta was not elbows and very little spices used. The coleslaw was about the same. Maybe they got a new cook or they just got lazy? For the prices they should be consistent and tasty. I am disappointed.

I went there a month ago for a cake , the lady said she would go on the back to look & came out & said they didn"t have one. I watch her threw the window on the door, she just went in the back & stood there .I have not been back there since.

The people that think Holland Farms has good food is because you really don't know good food and you will eat anything just as long as you don't have to make it.. I would never serve their food at any of my parties.. I make my own and If for some reason I will only order at Hapowicz they have the best ...
After reding several of you're posts I have come to the conclusion that you are a fool. What if the kid gets hurt in the bathroom or falls on the way. Then Holland Farms is liable. Wake up and stop being ignorant

I stopped there this afternoon (around 3:00)to get jelly buns. The girl puts them in a bag and then states "I will only charge you 80 cents apiece as these ae yesterdays and have been frozen." I couldn't believe it and said "you want to sell me day-old jelly buns (that have been frozen)? Then she said "well we have fresh heartshaped ones for $1.20 each if you want them". WTF ?????
