The customer who is well known in the area and so is her mother she went yesterday to pick up food she ordered for a party. She had her 4 year old child with her and I had to use the bathroom she asked if he could use their bathroom and the lady said no it isn't a public bathroom.. So the mom said can you just take him so he can go and she said no.. The customer knows Mariylan and she was in the back.. The customer ok with all the people we know I will be sure to let everyone that you wouldnt allow a littl child to use your bathroom and canceled the order she placed for food that she was having a party. So the little boy get outside and went to the bathroom. What a story huh they wouldn't let this child use their bathroom..Let everyone know about this incident that Miss Brown acts so high and mighty...

If they don't have a public bathroom then that is THEIR policy, NO EXCEPTIONS for family friends or little kids! Why didn't you ask your four year old if they had to go to the bathroom before leaving the house? Just trying to start trouble where there is none.
Sorry

Im having a hard time believing this. Normally people pick up food they ordered for a party shortly before the party starts, who would cancel a food order on such short notice like that? Where else would the mother get food for a party at the last minute like that? If she was picking up food for a party, it must have been preordered in advance.

Businesses are not required to have public bathrooms and many do not because of how abusive the public is to the propery, creating disgusting messes for their employees to clean up and expensive maintenance costs.

This is just the monthly bash Holland Farms post. Try to ignore it and continue to patronize this fine establishment. I still love the jelly donuts. Life is too short to let trolls ruin your weekend. Sorry, but I need to brush the powdered sugar off my new suit.

i havent gone there ever since i found out that the jelly buns arent made on premeises anymore and are shipped in frozen because they cant keep up with the demand, the last time i got them they were all half frozen i dont think that qualifies as fresh!!!....but i guess frozen is better than dried up and leathery like marilyn!!!!

It wasn't my child and I think that a bussiness can make exceptions omg let the four year go to the Bathroom. I believe she did this and you can get food at other places just have to be creative.. Maybe this little didn't have to go when they left the house... You people are cruel I wonder how you would feel if this was your child...I buy nothing from Holland Farms their cakes are all dried out and suck.. Their salads are horrible....If I don't feel like making my salads I go to Happy Hapanowicz the have the best of everything right there..And its all fresh and good

The food is mediocre at best and the service lousy. Of course a child should be allowed to use the bathroom.

Listen know it all..codes dose not allow anyone in the public to use a businesses bathroom if not approved for public period..what don't you understand about the rules in business and code violations? You come on here and start a bashing about a place in the community that is doing the right by not allowing the bathroom to be used and risk fines.

It would be nice for you to come on here now and apologize and make it right for Holland Farms.

Any business caught allowing the public to use their bathrooms will be heavily fined if ever inspected unannounced.

The person should have went to a restaurant up the street to use a restroom and just come back rather than cancel order. Do you think this will hurt Holland Farms over one customer being mad over something that is not allowed?

Oh yeah that happens all the time. I can see the headlines now. "Business heavily fined for allowing a kid to take a squirt in the employee can".

you idiots dont know law or policy of local shops do you? You cannot just have anyone go into employee bathrooms if they are not outfitted for public use regardless. Sanitary reasons applies especially for young kids.

Wrong dining establsihments must have a bathroom available to customers, at least a sink where you can wash your hands. There is no such thing as a private br in that environment.

you're fking high too...that is not a restaurant dim witt....just because they have tables does not mean they have restrooms for the general public. And if they did the restroom must be to code with handicap and everything like you see in Walmart.
