Brett Lojewski officially named NH baseball coach today by the new Interim AD. He will bring heart and hustle back to NH as a true ball player that moved on from New Hartford an excelled! Good to have him back in the mix..... Pfister from Clinton just couldn't leave his players and what he has accomplished over the past few years. Congrats Brett!

How can that be? The job isn't even posted yet. It has to be posted. You don't just put someone in the position.

NH boys baseball just had as good of a run the last 3 years as any NH group in history. They went to the state final 4 and were sectional champs two years ago and ranked number 1 in the state this year for the first time ever in Class A before they had some serious injuries. DONT DISRESPECT ANY OF THOSE KIDS BY SAYING A NEW COACH WILL BRING BACK HEART AND HUSTLE..

Wouldn't a coach need to be hired prior to school start? Probably is true.

Last years team was a fun group to watch. Unbeaten and ranked #1 in the state and in the top 100 nationally prior to untimely injuries. Sorry but teams in this area just dont do that by not "hustling." Wins over multiple AA teams, Syracuse teams, and Albany teams. Pretty solid group.

Why would a spring sport coach need to be hired now? They just finished approving coaches for the fall sports at last nights BOE meeting. It will be a little bit before postings go up for spring sports.

They needed to hire him now so the rumors could stop flying, D Owen would leave them alone and Brett could get his 3 man coaching staff together.

Douggie O., is a has been, big mouth, who knows...EVERYTHING about baseball...just ask him. I seriously hope he has nothing to do with coaching. His best bet is to coach a flea circus...maybe they'll listen.

Who will he name to his staff? Will he stay local or bring in some outsiders?

I'm sure they will do a national search for some unpaid coaches for a mediocre baseball program. How did Carcone do in college?

MUNY league softball heroes like Doug Owen know nothing about baseball. At least Hobin was a good player.

What did you ever do [email protected]? You must have one heck-of-a sports resume to talk that kinda crap.

Brett Lojewski has a tremendous sports resume? York College - 4 year starter...... How much did Randall have? He didn't even play in high school! If he gets the two Carcone bros and maybe Emmett Sweeney to help out the team should be on good shape next season!

Hate to break the news..... But I will be joining Brett in his maiden voyage as coach! Please though Brett keep your hands off my fungo and keep Danquer and D'Acurzzio away from the dugout!

NH is pitiful....no coach can be successful for more than 5 years there if they don't play the political nonsense....and it will never change with the administration (supt) that is raping the taxpayers now!!!!
