My 'Least' Favorite Muffin

Stopped at this place for the first time yesterday. Little to choose from but I did find two or three flavors of bagels I usually like, and two muffins.
When I arrived at home and gave my wife her favorite flavor muffin,'cornbread muffin', she cut into it and found it to be very stale. I don't mean 'late in the day' stale, I mean 'several days' stale.
I will NEVER go in this place again.
Just a note of advice for bakeries: if it is not fresh, throw it out. It is less expensive in the long run. You won't lose customers or potential customers the way you will by selling stale merchandise.

They are closing soon anyway. The owner is trying to sell the place because of poor business. It's never really been a great place anyway which is too bad. Just average on all levels.
