Tim Julian Commissioner of Jurors

I have no desire to know the identity of the Captain, just trying to understand why he condones such vile and degradation of his audience and fans.

Why are some people so interested in who the captain is? Is it because he seeks the truth about doings at city hall and some are afraid? If all is on the up and up,you do not have to worry who the capt is? However,Sullivan and Co. continuallly try and hide their illegal doings.
Some people want to know because the Captain does not always give 100% accurate information and by doing this he implicates some innocent people. It's so easy to make accusations when you remain anonymous but suppose you had to back it up in a court of law. Most of those he accuses would walk because most of what he says is hearsay. Of course, most of you who believe him don't really take the time to find the truth out for yourselves. This is just like the Salem Witch Trials.

Only once have I posted someting inaccurate. I told Hydro Rudy Guliani was coming to Utica to endorse Julian. He actually looked up where Rudy would be and supplied a link to his schedule of appearances.

are you kidding me? did you forget that the three utica police chiefs just robbed the city of almost half a million dollars? everyone he hired was a friend or a political favor. oh yeah, don't forget the residency problem he created too. commissioner of jurors? why not, another job he is not qualified for.

You guys can rip on Julian all you want, but he did the right things for the city, hired the right people, etc. Our city was on its way to being halfway normal when the present administration was voted in. What a joke it's become here.

Perhaps inaccurate is not the best choice of word. What I meant to say was incomplete Captain. You just throw out a fragment of a story and everyone runs wild with it. Kind of like sensationalizing. Just like your good friend Donna D. does.

Tell us who he hired ??????? Maybe Larry Desiato, the former janitor from the U.P.D. and made him a golf course manager w/ no prior golf course experience, and paid him 50 K plus perks. Larry spend his days in the woods smoking weed , and acting like a moron. Tell us a few more great people Jullian hired.( what a waste of our taxpayers money.)

Well, I was arrested in 1995 by Allan Plyman , so what if i possessed tens of thousands of $ of STOLEN power tools. Allan was nice enough to work with my bro and turn my felony into a mere trespassing charge, and they even got the file SEALED, so no one can see all the stolen power tools I had. So tell me, wouldn't you give Allan the job of police chief and pay him six figures of the Tax payers money? Hey, no skin off of my back. I always pay back favors. So don't you folks think i would be a great commissioner of jurors?

Ok well if you thought you were wasting your taxpayer money before, let's compare the following positions:
Chief of Police- a former state police major vs. someone who didn't make sgt. with the upd
Economic Development Director: Tim Doyle didn't do much either, but at least I think he paid his taxes
Special Projects Coordinator: I don't know if this was a position before, but what does Trev do?
DPW:?? don't know anything to compare the two, someone help me out
Golf Course: both don't seem to do much, but what "golf course experience" does the current guy have? Is this the one that was a hairdresser?
Chief of Staff: Angelo vs.?? I don't know who Julian's was because he spoke to the paper himself, rather than having his assistant do it
-I must admit Roefaro did do a great service to the city by having his office redecorated. How much did that cost?

My chief of staff became Commissioner of Jurors! That's why I deserve the position. If HE can do it, why can't I?! You guys should stop ripping on my administration. It isn't fair! You all are just JEALOUS. Ask Captain Insaneo and he'll tell you that the COJ position is going to ME! Tire-slashing!

chief of police: ask any police officer and they will tell you the difference. don't forget the 2 million dollar contract timmy gave pylman either.economic development: sullivan's taxes are paid. doyle was a waste.trev- pay off for supporting roefaro, just like julian w/ palmieri to the tune of fifty grand and a car.dpw-seems to be running wellgolf course- have you been there lately? every penny accounted for, course is in great condition.chief of staff- julian had so many it was hard to keep track, fanelli, potocki, daniels, arcuri. all paid double what the kid who answers the phones is getting. seems like he does a good job too.in all, there is no comparison that the city is being run professionaly, like a business should. not by an uneducated sleazy motel stolen tools guy.
