Urbanna condo case withdrawn, for now
On Friday, Middlesex Circuit Court Judge R. Bruce Long granted a "non-suit" motion by Potomac Timber Investments, which allows the developer to withdraw the $4.5 million lawsuit it filed against the Urbanna Town Council in 2008.

It's all very sad that the two side could not meet in the middle. The town has lost a marina and much needed money that the boaters brought to the town. The investors have a marina worth half of they paid for it. Urbanna should take lessons from Kilmarnock which have let some growth in and ended up with a nice growing town not dying town.
