Leonard Boswell has been elected to Congress the past 7 terms as a Democrat. Monday, at the Des Moines Public Library, he stood with a Republican who announced he is supporting Boswell, instead of his party's nominee, Urbandale State Senator Brad Zaun.

What a sorry attempt for some headlines. Don't you have to be a "somebody" to endorse some one?

Boz needs to do something. Some early polls show him 10 points down.

Boswell is not as moderate as he claims to be. He votes party lines and uses negative adds. He is so over the hill and tired looking. We need some new blood with energy.

Bozwell does what Nancy Pelosi tells him to do. She is as far left as you can get. People like Rees need to become Democrats and stay out of the Republican party. I'm so tired of Ganske Republicans. Time for new blood in Washington.

Mark Reese is no republican; I believe he is still registered as a democrat!! He was only in the primary race to pull votes away from others. Boswell must go Now!!! He is just another pawn as others have noted....

Did Boswell hire Rees, or will he if Boswell gets relected?
Hope we never find out! Same-old-same-old career politicians!
No wonder the little guys have frustration with those in Washington.

What ever happened to term limits, other then at the voting booth?

What has Boswell done for Iowa? OH, since 2009, in polk Co alone, we have had over 232 million in "Forfeiture auctions!" 1707 Forfeiture auctions, almost 800 of those this year.

My house is paid for, but the value is going down because of forfeitures, one next door, 2 within a few blocks. Boswell has done nothing BUT make matters worst when it comes to the average persons biggest investment. And taxes are going up soon?

Looks like Mark Rees has shown his true colors.

The last 3+ years the Democrats have controlled Congress, and look where we are now! 14 years of Leonard Boswell is enough!

We can only hope people see the light, and his poll points drop down to 30 or 40!
