Autopsy Fails To Pinpoint Cause Of Bassist's Death

Police say an autopsy failed to determine how Slipknot bassist Paul Gray died, and it will be weeks before toxicology results are available that could determine the cause of death.

Wow. It is so unfortunate to have such an awesome guy die this way. He was an amazing person and I am most fortunate to have seen him in person the last and most likely FINAL time Slipknot will EVER play in Des Moines or Iowa in general. We will all miss you Paul, SLIPKNOT LIVES ON!!!!!

Whatever the reason for his death we have lost a great musician. I am fairly new to Slipknot thanks to my kids for intoducing them to me. And am saddened that this had to happen to such a bright light in the music scene. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family, band mates and friends. RIP Paul. You will me missed.
