Just what it was like, what years, what kind of food. I was never in there, just always wondered. Looks like a neat building. Wonder if was a house originally.

The Selma Rd Grill was owned by Hank Williams who also owned the Hickory Inn on N. Limestone. It was open 24 hrs. a day. Food was terrible but fit for a drunk, which everyone was at 2:30am.LOL Along with the pinball machine hoyle talked about they also had a pool table where a lot of money changed hands. it was a local hangout for Orville Haden, Bill Fisher, Charlie Dehart, Myself and a few more. It was also a popular place to stop and have breafast on the way to work, but it wasn't nothing to see a cockroach come walking accross your table while you ate. The place closed for a while, Hank remodeled it and reopened it as El Papauyo's. Food was better and the place cleaner, but it never was the money maker Hank thought it was going to be.
