Business owner and the F*** word

I know a local business owner, who will cuss and throw the F*** bomb at his employees. How should a employee respond when being cussed at in such a manner? What rights do employee have against such behaviour on their employers part?

Unfortunately, if this is the owner, there are probably no actions the employee can take other than complain to the corporate office if this is a franchise. They could complain that the person is behaving in a manner unbecoming to the company. However, a private owner of a business really can do as they want. If they aren't harassing this employees there isn't much that can be done. Here is a legal answer:

Good idea! I hate the F word! People can get their point across without stooping to that level! Or at least they should be able to.
