RBANA —

Five people have been arrested in connection with a homicide of a woman whose body was dismembered and her parts transported across state lines, according to police.

In an case involving the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigations and Urbana, Hamilton and Kentucky police departments, three of the suspects were arrested in Hamilton Saturday morning while the other two were arrested in Urbana Saturday afternoon, authorities said. Only one, who lived at the same address as the victim, is facing a murder charge, police said.

They have been arrested in the homicide of Jessica Rae Sacco, 21, of the 600 block of West Light Street in Urbana. She is believed to have been killed around March 22, authorities said.

Two days later, police said, suspects took some of her remains to Hamilton, and then disposed of them in Covington, Ky.

In Hamilton, police said they arrested:

• Matthew Puccio, 25, of the 600 block of West Light Street, arrested on charges of felonious assault, murder, abuse of a corpse, and tampering with evidence. His bond is $532,500.

• Andrew Forney, 26, of Fenton, Mich., arrested on charges of abuse of a corpse, two counts of obstructing justice, tampering with evidence and complicity to tampering with evidence. His bond is $42,500.

• Kandis Forney, 25, of Fenton, Mich., arrested on charges of complicity to tampering with evidence and two counts of obstructing justice. Her bond is $30,000.

In Urbana, police said they arrested:

• Christopher Wright, 37, of the 200 block of Bernwick Drive, arrested on charges abuse of a corpse, obstructing justice and tampering with evidence. His bond is $30,000.

• Sharon Cook, 25, of the 200 block of Bernwick Drive, arrested on charges of complicity to abuse of a corpse, complicity to obstructing justice and complicity to tampering with evidence. Her bond is $30,000.

Puccio and Forneys are scheduled to appear in court Monday in Hamilton to determine whether and when to take them to Urbana. Wright and Cook are scheduled to appear in Urbana Municipal Court Monday morning.
