You missed the point. Affirmative Action is discriminatory to white Americans BECAUSE they were born white.

Black Americans receive AA because they were born black.

However, in the case of Hispanics, THEY receive AA because of their CULTURE - NOT their skin tone.

Infiltrating the Hispanic "culture" is the loophole to use, so that white Americans won't suffer discrimination at the hands of Hispanic "culture".

I've discovered that all Diversity people get some form of legal privileges, whether it be Affirmative Action or something else.

The legal privileges for Diversity people are diverse.

For example:

White Women - AA, violence against women laws, govt contract set-asides
White Jewish - slavish support for Israel, hate speech prosecution, taxpayer supported Holocaust museums

The other point is, that being considered a "minority" defined by a CULTURE is inherently unfair and discriminatory.

No one can choose their skin color, no one can choose to have a disability, no one can choose what gender they feel like, but one CAN CHOOSE to adopt a "CULTURE".
