ESCAPE FROM AMERICA ? I THINK NOT!

When I purchased a small house on two acres in Wisconsin , I had no idea that I had been swindled. The property had been in a U.S.D.A. rural housing program that is being criminally implemented.
I attempted to publicize the fraud that was taking place, but I was repeatedly arrested and jailed on false charges. There were never any trials. Finally, I was ordered to undergo a Mental Competency Evaluation at which point I fled to Canada and sought political asylum.
Over a period of five and a half years, I had two Immigration and Refugee Board hearings both of which denied me political asylum (known as Convention Refugee Status). Both decisions were based on lies concocted by the Ministry of Immigration and both decisions were upheld by the Federal Court in Ottawa . Between hearings and decisions, I was deported from Canada in violation of Canadian and international law. The last deportation included a threat of criminal charges if I returned to Canada again.
Since my last forced return to the U.S., there has been no attempt by any government agency to legally repatriate me which is required by international law. I decided to write a book to document these events and to make sure that I was able to tell my story to American citizens who deserve to know the truth. I signed a book contract with PublishAmerica headquartered in Frederick and Baltimore , Maryland , who, at the last minute breached the contract. I traveled to Maryland to arbitrate the issue of the breach, but was stopped by the amount of money it would take to continue the fight. I have not attempted to find another publisher since the government seems intent on censoring the story.
In March, 2004, I sent a denunciation of the U.S. government to the United Nations High Commission for Refugees in Geneva . This denunciation contained all the legal documents from my arrests in Wisconsin as well as the hearings and Court decisions in Canada . I also attached the federal regulations that had been violated by the U.S.D.A. I included all responses to my pleas for help from government bureaucrats and elected officials.
The persecution continues as surveillance and harassment, abduction attempts, inadequate medical care, mail and email disruption, telephone harassment and other attempts to control/frighten me occur. I live in a stateless legal limbo yet have no intention of either going quietly away or voluntarily dropping dead. The international organizations that exist to protect human rights and the persecuted fail to do so if you are an American citizen and thus participate in the persecution.
By its refusal to sign international conventions and protocols, the U.S. government answers to no institution. Thus, citizens are left to the machinations of corrupt bureaucracies, elected officials, attorneys, realtors, banks and Courts. Holding this system together is the mainstream media who not only feed off the system, but who are also controlled by it.
My main solace is the fact that I am one of a few truly free persons in the U.S.A. I have not paid State or Federal income taxes since 1992; I refuse to vote, and I am not a legal resident of any State. I do not participate in the great lie that freedom exists in the United States . There are other citizens seeking refuge in foreign countries who remain anonymous due to fear of reprisals.
Gandhi said that the truth always comes out. This document is another attempt to inform the public of the true nature of the government of the United States of America as I have experienced it.
