"this crash are tragic and devastating for both families involved" as you said so as part of the families its hard enought to live with this so keep this off your news broadcast so we dont have to keep dealing with more than we are already dealing with.

This incident is not isolated to just one family.
She said BOTH families, not just one. Not to mention the families who were friends of the victim.

Why is god's name does it matter that alcohol was a factor in this accident the guy is dead. His family doesn't need to have this accident rehashed over and over and over. They are grieving. I for one am sick and tired of the new media and the police to has this as the first words out of their mouth " alcohol related" Are we this hard up for news??

Stop Broadcasting.....u need a reality check. My dad was almost killed by a drunk driver when I was 6 years old. Do you really think that just because a family is greiving over the death of a loved one that people shouldn't be reminded of the consequences of drinking and driving? I don't know how many times I have gotten a phone call in the middle of the night to go pick up a friend because they drank too much, but everytime I get that phone call no matter how late it is or what is going on the next day I get up and get in my car to go get them because I don't want a child to lose a parent because I wanted to sleep a little more. If people would think before they act some things, not all, could be prevented and some lives could be saved. I'm not saying that I don't drink, but if I am away from home I always stop after 1 drink if I have to drive or have someone on speed dial to pick me up.

Wow, Stop Broadcasting needs to put the bible down that has the secret compartment for alcohol and sober up! And if you're not drunk, you're just a frickin' loon... they can report whatever they want... but bringing god into all this is way over the edge...now let us pray. Amen

Wow you people are unbelieveable. I was dating Justin Shelton at the time he was killed and you people have NO idea what me or his family or friends have been through these past 2 years. I was at his house...waiting for him to come home and he never did. I was the last person he talked to before the wreck happened. How dare you outsiders judge another person like that. Its a terrible and continuosly heartbreaking situation to live with for both families of the deceased. Show a little respect people.

Libra

You value your privacy today, especially if you can share it with a very special person. If you're supposed to be going out with lots of people you might be tempted to make your excuses, simply because you can't face all that hubbub and noise. Don't be surprised if someone confides in you, but make sure you can keep their secrets and treat them with the respect they deserve.
