i ordered cardio twister 14/4/08 it was never coming i payd in two instalmentsthen 30 day had passed no machine was in site i then found out company went into liquidation cannot find one please help

I ordered one four weeks ago and received a wrong order after two weeks. After several trial to call them, they asked me to send it back with the shipping receipt inside and they will pay me back the shipping fees and will send me the right order.
Since then, I've been trying to call and get a different answer from the customer service agent...requested to speak to a supervisor several times and no one is ever available to speak to a customer!!!!!!
I really wonder should I ask them to cancel my order and pay me back my money (I paid it in full)!!
Worst customer service and mistake recovery!

whoopi goldberg bought the cardio twister for herself. Love it and ordered 200 for her studio audience. This is a great machine and efective and fun. I love mine

The order was missing the handlebar- so I cannot use this machine. I contacted Cardio Twister numerous times and got different answers from everyone that I spoke with.

Then I filed a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau- they won't even respond to the BBB.

So I lost ALL my $ and the pieces that I did receive are going in the trash.

That is terrible, very bad customer service. It kind of make me think it's nothing but a rip-off. I think you should ask them to cancel the order and to send you your money back.

Would you be interested in selling your parts? I need the back feet because the right back foot broke and the company claims they are sending a new set which I haven't received after 1 1/2 months and 4 calls later. I also tried to stop payment of the payments but since I made it a debt and not a credit on my account I wasn't able to stop the payment.

I bought cardio twister and so frustrated and want to know if anyone else out there had same experience ..1st machine was faulty so frustrating to try and fix it ..returned it and they said not many have ben returned ,which I find hard to believe .. 2ND Machine and it works great for a couple of uses and really like the workout and concept and feel it is good but then the chains fall off and handle bar loosens up and when you go into fix it with instructions it is so frustrating the room space hands space and small tools is so not user freindly at all ,you almost think it is a joke if you had to go in and tighten chains up you will know what I mean .. My husband spent almost 2 hours trying to get it working properly and he is really good at fixing stuff ..I am just so bummed at the great idea and bad product of results and really wanted it to work out ..We work out all teh time and again lovethe idea but there is no way this is a proffessional heavy duty work out machine as I up graded to as well ..So dissapointed ..Anyone else haev this expericne ..Mary sending product back and wants it to work ??

I purchased the cardio twister and I think its great, I also purchased a three year warranty. The handle bars keep coming loose but I called and they sent me another kit of bolts and I replaced them and it works fine. It works well on your legs and stomach muscles after only 5 to 15 minutes I am desperately trying to go for a full 15 to 20 minutes.

I read through the evaluations about the Cardio Twister and found so many critical complaint specially the machine's durability even though it seems to be a good workout tool. Nisey, how did you buy the three year warranty? How much was it?
I am really concerned. Thanks!
