Judge: SEPTA can't be blamed in passenger's death
A SEPTA BUS DRIVER who saw an unresponsive, drooling passenger sitting in urine followed her supervisors' orders - to finish her route and forget about getting medical help - and the man died.

Of course Septa can't be sued, they spread the big money around, and the judge see's it their way.
I once had a passenger have a heart attack on my bus, my supervisor thought it was funny, i thought screw you and whipped out my cell and made the call myself. The passenger was saved, and the supervisor got sued and fired for laughing on tape.
