Wendell Young IV of UFCW 1776 will be stepping down as head of the local. Sighting his inability to unionized anything in the Delaware Valley and the failure of Obamacare causing members he used to represent wages and job security.
Asked by a reporter for the Daily Local what his plans are, Young stated he was going to get a job working for Ahold AB.

Young has not been very good. Not too bright either.
Then again getting all those union dues and that huge salary he get's to take home.
I guess he is pretty smart.

If he steps down who will take his place?
Does he have a son to inherit his position like he did?

Its so funny watching you union slobs bitch about this guy, when you willingly put money in his pocket every, single, Friday.

Sad that you don't know any other way.

I don't thing the "union slobs" have a choice with paying union dues short of quitting. Unless Pa becomes a right to work state
they are screwed in paying those union dues.

Yeah there is no secret ballot when you finally get a job. You show up to orientation and they give you all the forms to fill out then as if it's part of the company paperwork the company people leave the room and this loud dude starts handing out his paperwork. Someone says what is this? And then somebody else says you have to join if you want to work here. Being a kid you usually don't question it.
From that point on the shop Steward takes over and from time to time makes it seem like you need the union to work at a pharmacy.
True story they caught a kid raiding the narc cage
And couldn't fire him!
I think you need a union to be a miner or a iron worker but do you need a union to be a stripper?
