Thank goodness he was finally caught. It is very releaving. I was appalled at the his sister remarks that he is a nice gut but has a drug problem. Tell that to the victims that he invaded their homes and personal property.

JZB,
I totally appreciate your perspective. You are absolutely right that it was releaving he was caught. I, too, am happy that he is not able to victimize anyone else or hurt himself. I just wanted to let you know exactly what I wrote to Mr. Cuellar and how my words were misconstrued. Below is what was actually sent.

"Mr. Cuellar,I know you live in Springfield but you should have been a little more objective. He is not a violent criminal and if you saw his record you would have known that. He is not right for what he has done but he needs help. I understand that your job is to report the news but it was really sensationalized and didn't deserve the lead in to the six oclock news. We had been trying to work with my brother since May to do the right thing and turn himself in. At that point it was only for a parole violation but he got desperate and went back to drugs and that plays a huge part in why he has done what he has done. He has a underlying mental health issue that has not been addressed and he turns to drugs to self-medicated. Like I said previous, I do not condone his actions but I did want to give you a little more information about him other than he is a criminal. He is a loving son, brother, and uncle when drugs are not involved. Thank you."

JZB,
I totally appreciate your perspective. I agree that it is a relief he was finally apprehended. I do not want him to victimize anyone else or harm himself. While I do appreciate your view I just wanted to pass along what I actually wrote to Mr. Cuellar. I am not and have never condoned my brothers actions but my words were misconstrued. Below is what I actually wrote.

I wanted to give another perspective. I grew up with Nicole & Chris. We spent alot of time together in those years. I always knew him as a great funny, good looking guy. It's a shame what drugs can do to people. I hope that he can finally get the help he needs. Nicol - You, Chris, your Mom & your entire family are in my thoughts.

I have been so torn up about this myself. I have known Chris since I was 14 and it breaks my heart that he is back in jail, but I hope this time he gets the help he desperately needs. I think about you all alot and when I heard your comment, I couldn't agree more. When the drugs are not involved he is a great person who I care for deeply.

i am somewhat familiar with this situation and when i heard nicole's comments on the news...it tore me up. the reason i became so upset was because i have recently dealt with a similar drug situation and it is totally unbelievable how people can become so out of their heads and do things that are so out of character. remember that you can not question why he has done these things because there is no answer. i have stopped trying to figure out why this or that has happened. it is devastating to see someone on the news be listed as something that you knew deep down inside was not them.

"SPRINGFIELD, PA-August 16, 2007 - He is well known to law enforcement in our region, but he has proven to be-one illusive character. Police say he could be well on the way to holding the record for most burglaries ever across the Delaware Valley."

It will only be a matter of time until this loser is stupid enough to approach a homeowner with a BIG gun. "Waaaaa waaaaaaa my friend, brother or family memeber has a drug problem...",..he has a mental problem..." Where were you BEFORE he became a problem to society? Is your family going to personally repay the community / society every penny for all the money the community has to spent and will spend on this person for the rest of his pathetic, unproductive, money draining, problem to society life? Everyone is sad until the personally have to pay money out of their pocket. He is mental because he intentionally fried his brain. Now that he has nothing of a brain left we all should feel sorry for this jerk? He has a self inflicted mental problem for electing to take drugs ..... I hope this trash robs a home and the homeowner popps him!

Do you feel better about yourself now? I guess your family is perfect, right? And the only ones that are feeling sorry for him are the ones WHO have tried to help him in the past. But I guess you never heard the term, "You can't help someone if they won't help themselves."

I went to high School with Chris and we hung out a few times on the weekends. He helped me out one time when a couple guys tried to pick a fight with me. He didn't even know me at that time. I really appreciated him for that. He reasoned the situation. So.. I agree that he is, or at least was a really good guy inside. I haven't seen him since high school, and that was 12 years ago, I wish he would have gotten the Mental help and rehab he needed before turning to burglary.

Whoever can talk to Chris, please tell him that one of the pieces of jewelry that he stole from my home (not the one from the video) is very precious to me, but worthless to anyone else. If he is really such a nice guy and if he has any remorse, I would appreciate his letting someone know who he sold his stuff to, so it can be recovered. The expensive stuff I never wore and insurance has paid for, but the lesser expensive stuff (ie., silver charm bracelet) were precious to me and one of a kind. Please ask him to cooperate with the police, or if anyone can give me a lead, I'd really appreciate it.

To the family of Christopher Grazioso:
He burglarized my home and took some family heirloom jewelry that was not worth much. If he still has it, or if he can tell me where he pawned it, I would appreciate being told about it. I understand he's up for parole.
Thanks!

Try Louís, this guy was serious white trash, thatís where all the junkie scum try to pawn stuff first. Hopefully he will OD when he gets out, somewhere in the woods so nobody has to deal with his carcass.
