I feel silly to ask but for I need a permit to put down some stone pavers or maybe use some form to make concrete pavers down on the grass in my back yard?

Many town websites have permit and codes on them along with alot of the most common questions. Also many small town use a universal code for their local code. Find out if they use their own or another organization's code

Good for you. I hope you have a hole dug already for the pavers. Put them down like the blue collar animals they are.
