I imagine that one reason Teague hasn't raised as much money as Pearce is that Democrats were waiting to see how the old boy would vote on health care reform. Now that we know he's against it, Teague will probably raise millions - that is, if the TEA Party folks are in a giving mood. Lots of luck, Harry! But don't look to the liberals for funds - who has money for a phony Democrat when there are real progressives out there.

The teabaggers didn't give him any money, wouldn't have given him any money and won't give him any money. They didn't vote for him, wouldn't vote for him and will never vote for him.

It's a damn shame he didn't have the guts to to stand for Democratic values and women's rights. He will have a damn hard time with the Democratic wing of the party.

How do you know who does and does not contribute to Teague's campaign? Just another bogus claim on your part!

Could it be that Teague understands that it's not a good idea to bankrupt the country? Or maybe he understands how much his tax bill will increase if this socialistic plan becomes law?

As someone who voted for Teague, I would applaud his decision to vote against the healthcare bill that I support. If he truley believes that the majority of his constituents oppose the legislation and/or he is fundimentally opposed to it, then he should vote against it. Certainly Pearce would have danced to the tune played by the GOP without hesitating, considering or even reading the bill. And that is why he is not a Senator.

I'm confused. I thought "teabaggers" were "rightwingers"? So if placitasroy is for the hc fraud, then how is he a "teabagger". Secondly, how can call Americans who got off their ass to protest a teabagger? I think Proud American is more accurate. Just because you disagree, doesn't mean you have to hate those you disagree with.

You make the illogical, false and stupid assumption that I am for any kind o fraud. I am opposed ot all fraud, not the least the blatant distorts, misrepresentations, propaganda, and LIEs spewed forth by hate radio and the Fox Freaks that the teabaggers then regurgitate.

"how is he a "teabagger"" It is just some kind of immature inane cr@p some screen name changing mental midget is spouting off.

"Secondly, how can call Americans who got off their **** to protest a teabagger?" Easy - They were self-identified prior to the first teabagging party.

"Proud American" Brainwashed, propagandized, intentionally ignorant would be a better term. "Hate the ignorance, love the ignorant" Maybe I'll make that my new motto.

Why are you not saying something now when Obama is continuing to bankrupt the country? Or are you expecting a free ride from all these things being done for "the good of the people" at other people's expense?

Daily Horoscope for December 20

Sagittarius

Once again, the domestic atmosphere isn't exactly peaceful. Someone is still all worked up, and you may have come out in sympathy by now. Try to discuss things with as much objectivity as you can muster, otherwise, with Mars now retro, the conversation will soon disintegrate into a bad-tempered spat or a slanging match in which you try to catch one another out. It's important to clear the air.
