Get the needle ready! No excuses. Totally unacceptable behavior. There should be no appeals available.

i read this story when it first came out, i couldnt believe it.
He took a mans life cause he was a drunken jerk, showing off in front of his girlfriend.
Why would you shoot someone over something like this?
I hope every day of his life in prison, he regrets this stupidity.
he shot and killed a man who was just tryin to do his job.

If he is guilty, I hope he gets the death sentence. Unfortunately, I expect the prosecutors will plea bargain this down to a lesser charge. Sympathy to the family of the victim.

I am assuming that Mr. warmus is not handicapped and just was being self absorbed as so many people are today. He deserves what ever he gets on this one (if he is guilty).

Maybe his new boyfriend in prison can shoot him with his "gun" on a nightly basis.

Gotta love the fact that people are just carrying guns everywhere. Read the article today where legislators are trying to pass a bill to allow you to carry a gun in restaurants. Yeah, I feel real unsafe in Applebees, it's crazy. Like they don't have better things to do like focus on Ohio's enconomy, jobless rates, etc. I like Ohio's new motto: Shoot now and ask questions later.
