Those poor babies.

I hope these cruel future Dahmers of America are punished.

But I get the feeling they will not be held accountable for animal cruelty. They should be.

They need to learn respect for others.

decided to cut the cats head off and leave it in the mailbox for postman to find..was that just a "prank" too? I don't want to think of what that cat went thru before death...
That is stupid. That is a waste of good meat. Could have made some money selling it to the local chinese restaurant. PETA is a bunch of pansies!

Hope they are caught and charged with animal cruelty as well as theft. Don't care if the school superintendent thinks they were not harmed... these baby lambs were THREE DAYS OLD. Who steals an infant animal away from its mother, paints it, and sets it loose during the cold of the night?
That's bulls**t. I would like to personally string these kids up. Pranks are supposed to be HARMLESS and FUN, and they are NOT for endangering ANY life.
Well said!

Well, did they actualy "steal" the lambs, or just "move" them?
I guess it's semantics. You take something to keep it, it's stealing. If you just move for laughs, it's a prank.
Intent to steal (animus furandi)

The offender must have taken the property with the intent to steal it. Traditionally intent to steal is defined as the intent to deprive the owner of the possession of the property permanently. e.g. A person who takes property of another under the mistaken belief that the property belongs to him does not have the requisite intent to steal. Nor does a person "intend to steal" property when he takes property intending to make temporary use of it and then return the property to the owner within a reasonable time.

You are nothing but old dick cheese! You would not think it was a prank if someone stole your property! Sh*t head!
