My sister, her husband and 2 kids (they're all black) moved to Baldwin from Cambria Heights, Queens, about 3 years ago hoping for a safer neighborhood and better schools for their kids. The first week they were in Baldwin the car got stolen. The next month the house was broken into and then in the middle school a black kid with a knife attacked a Spanish kid.

You can move all you want but seems to be that "they're" the same no matter where you go.
