Need to clarify the meaning of a word....
FRIENDSHIP:

3. Honesty,in every situation where it may be difficult for others to speak the truth
4. Mutual understanding and compassion; ability to go to each other for support
5.Enjoyment of each other's company
6.Trust in one another
7.equal give-and-take between the two parties
8. The ability to be oneself, express one's feelings and make mistakes without fear of judgement.

Now it would be a lie to say that I am all of these to Glenn but I am his friend: NOT: girlfriend, lover, companion,or a couple but his friend...If that is not what it means to you "Look it up".....I have several people that I can call my true friends. He has to do this on his own terms and his way if he is gonna get help.
