nTelos Wireless Enhances Network in Union

nTelos Wireless, where the difference is savings, announced today that it has activated a new cell site that will enhance coverage in Union.

Areas along Rt. 219, including the communities of Pickaway, Sinks Grove and Wolf Creek, will experience improved coverage.

i called around last yr. Ntelos had the cheapest rates. I ordered 3 phones for my family. I told them I don't get signal at my home, but that i would be using the phones for my work, Lewisburg, and the kids school and activities, Union. I gave the sales person the zips for both. The rep. told me there was service in both places, took my payment, sent me the phones. Then I discover, they don't work in Union! I call, finally get thru, only to be told they are "roaming" in Union, I would have to buy a more expensive rate plan to use the phones there! Defeating the whole purpose. I told thwem i wanted my money back for the price of the phones, and returned them to their store in Lewisburg. I called weeks later, inquiring of my refund. i left numerous messages, finally they return my call to tell me they never got the phones! The store clerk never sent them back! Oi go back to the store, sent the phones back myself, wait a couple wks. AGAIN, start leaving messages AGAIN. End result?? Months after purchasing phones that had no service where i specifically asked for, I am out 3 phones and told they have a no refund policy on the phones! Screw Ntelos! They did nothing for me but steal my money!

I used to have ntelos. After encountering a hateful representative at their Waynesboro office, I switched to Verizon after contract expired. You can't go wrong with Verizon. They're everywhere where's there's population. I agree . .. screw ntelos.
