Elkhart police out and about for 'Move Over Law'

Elkhart police were out in force Oct. 23, ticketing motorists speeding in a school zone and enforcing the "Move Over Law." Designed for officer safety, the law requires motorists to either slow down or change lanes when they drive past an emergency vehicle with its lights on.
