No one was hurt when a hot air balloon crashed Tuesday morning on Windy Prairie Drive in Huntley.Full Story

In this case, as with most, the media is the one out of control, not the balloonist.
A "balloon crash" indeed. Check the story: "Police say the balloon landed safely and there were no injuries or damage." The pilot stated he intentionally landed there...with hummers ahead sounds like a good move.
So whats the story...there is none. We have landed in residential areas many times. The media has again done a disservice to themselves and to ballooning. When I see how media covers this story, about which I know more than the media, I wonder how truthful and accurate their reporting is on subjects about which I am not knowledgeable.
Trust is slipping away people.
