Best security in Hampshire is to have a complete home security system with security cameras. You would not believe what I have on security tape from nearly 10 yrs. Enough to have gotten Federal charges on the racist, crooked, "pig crap" members of the Hampshire Police department. As an Illinois certified police officer with over 20 yrs full and part-time experience, with 3 commendations for exemplary performance of duty, and shot once in the line of duty, I can guarantee you that is only the beginning of the Federal charges.
