They sold out to some big shot company that operates out of India. My best friend works there and she said the new company is getting rid of all of their benefits and not honoring vacation time they already put in for or paying for maternity leave. Their insurance is through the roof now and they might layoff soon and as for those job postings on the website, well obviously they are not hiring anymore either.

I don' know where your friend works but I work there and we aren't losing our benefits. Our vacation is still accured at the same rate but they are paying us different for it cause of the buyout. Our insurance is higher but we got bought by a smaller company than our other one. The company is out of South Carolina.

Well she works as a CSR in the office. They had a meeting and explained everything. When they researched the company they found out that a lot of their operating is done overseas.

You are right about the company out of India. If you do a search on MVP you will learn that it is a part of the Primacy group out of India. The one article I read said that Primacy was buying, MVP was handling the purchase. As far as losing all beneifits and vacation thats just not true but the insurance is going higher.

I just meant that they aren't honoring the paid vacation that people have already put in for. They can still take it but a far as getting paid like they thought, that is out. And that sucks for another girl I know who thought she was getting paid maternity leave and now she isn't.

So does that mean business is going to start picking up and they r gonna start hiring soon like they normally do this time of year or is things not doing well right now. I heard things was not doing well there and that they have layed off alot of good people within the past few months.

That is incorrect. We will be paid for our vacation up front. Yes, we can take the days, but they will be "unpaid" because we were already paid for them. So basically all you have to do is save your vacation payout check. As far as maternity leave goes, yes they will not be paid out for that now unless something changes.

Who is the hot girl with the short reddish hair? She's been driving a red Nissan lately. I think she works in the office. Does anyone know if she's married or seeing anyone?
