Did you see the new robots that are replacing factory workers? They cost about 3.25 per hour to buy and maintain with no sickleave, benefits or holidays. Near here they even have driverless lazer guided forklifts eliminating the need for all those overpaid people.
Titan will automate soon enough unless you quit focusing on pay and instead do some work for a change

Titan tire is producing jobs in Union City, it is good for the economy in this area. Center point is the hiring agency built for Titan Tire, the pay out there is good, not as good as Good Year, but enough to support a family on if you live within your means. The jobs out there do range from $8 to $19 an hour.

You have to go to Center Point, it was started by one of the "owner" of one of the small inter bunessess in the plant. He has his daughter running it. This way they can hand pick who they want to work there, that way they can keep out the worker comp moocher, over weight people, trashy people, women, blacks, mexicans, and for the most part, the ones that the supervisors out there dont want...kinda makes you wounder what they want.
Also they are suppose to be starting a tire mounting line there soon and small tire building

The pay is low to start to make sure they are hiring good people. But raises do tend to come very fast if you do your job.

Typical factory worker attitudes. No one is going to get their this and that. If you dont like the job quit and go elsewhere. Thats what I would do. I guess there isnt a lot of job demand for those bandburys or whatever it is you people do though. You could try gutting chickens at Tyson
