I shop there pretty often & I've never had bad service. Mrs. Ann knows me by name. You were probably rude to them&thought they were to wait on you hand & foot. They won't close.

I've only been in there a few times because they are way too expensive on most of the clothes. The last time I went in no one ever even said hello...and they weren't that busy. Rude!

Agree- I don't believe that at all! Every time I go in there- they ALWAYS speak to me. Even when they are busy- when that door opens they say "hello" "good morning" "good afternoon" -something! & if that's true you should have went to management. I agree some clothes are over priced. No disagreement there.. But I've went when they were completely packed & still was spoken too.

I've been I'm once. Plenty of clothes for girls, not much at all for boys. But that's their prerogative. I'll admit one woman did say something like, "hi, how are you?" But it was so fake she might as well have told me to kick rocks. Anyhow, I only found something for one of my three kids, which I can't justify, so I left without anything.

I have been in there a couple of time only to purchase Toms and I can see from both sides. It depends on who is in there. If you are the only customer they will say hello but if there is someone else in there and someone they think may be of better stock they tend to ignore you. I have had to get help because they have been standing around talking to others but it is just another fine example of this fine city we live in that is largely depends on your name, job, and worth. Funny thing is the ones that think they are better are so far in debt that is why they have them noses in the hair trying to breath.

Ewww I wouldn't be caught dead in a pair of stupid out of date Toms shoes. Nobody with any real class has ever worn those shoes which were modeled after Argentine farmer's shoes. By the time a trend gets to Obion County it's already out of date everywhere else. Lol!

I was just in there yesterday and was the only customer. The Graves and Kirkland woman were both in there. Neither said hello. Snobs.

Oh are they pretending again that Union City is Manhattan? If it's the Kirkland I think it is, she grew up in Hornbeak and her husband is not even a real Kirkland anyway since he's adopted. Their little secret. Lol!

When are toms out of date? I have family all over that LOVE them & can only get them around here. No one in there area of OH sells them. You must not be able to afford any so you have to hate on everyone else. It's cool. We get it. & are you saying you have class? HA.

Both of the women who work there married into the "Kirkland" name. Neither would have spot to piss in without their husband. Snobs extraordinaire.

I have browsed in this store many times. Each time the gray haired Kirkland was working, I didn't get a hello, nor did I even get a thank you after I made a purchase. Not to mention she took forever to ring me up. Unfriendly and inefficient. I would get rid of her ASAP.

I think their great! I was shopping and needed to use the restroom. They were polite, showed me to the back, and even wiped my arse when I finished pinching my loaf. I'll definitely go back!

I'm so sick of the snooty women who work in this store. The seem put out by having to help customers. Plus, the don't even thank you for stopping by and spending your money in there. They should be happy for each customer. Haven't they noticed all the other small businesses closing in town? With customer service like theirs, I wouldn't be surprised if theirs wasn't next.

I didn't say you can only get them in UC. Please re read my post before you attack me dumb@ss. OMG. I said my family in OHIO can't get them up around their hometown & have only seen them when they came down here.. CAME SOUTH. I took them to Chocolate bunny while home & they got some.. We also went to Paducah shopping & what not & of course they're in journeys & such. I simply stated around Lima OHIO they don't have them. & no I don't think they're out of date. I don't care if they are really- I like em & will continue to wear em.
