Ewww if TBI picked up the case does that mean that she would go to jail in nashville?

Don't laugh at that, that isn't funny. Two years in CCA would be some hard time for anyone around here. If she gets sentenced over 2 years, she would then be transferred over to the woman's prison, but would have to wait for an opening, which usually takes about 2+ years. If I am not mistaken anything served over 2 years in CCA is dead time. Meaning if it takes 3 years to get an opening at the prison, she just served a year for no reason what so ever.

It is horrible what she did, though I bet when she gets out she will be a different person, very different.

Seg is horrible, but for her sake, she best pray that is where she is going if she goes to CCA.

Life is getting harder to survive. I feel though for her extended family, this is humiliating and trashing her may make you feel better but they should not have to keep reliving it. I knew her in the past and I can't begin to understand what changed her.

Heard she plead 'not guilty'. So now she'll have to serve more time right?

She will get away with it. All these people with jobs funded by taxpayers are "in bed" with each other, if you know what mean. Wink wink.

Although I do not know Sue, I do know her husband, and I thank the world of him!! Just because she is guilty DOES NOT mean he is!!!

Judge not lest you be judged. In other words, if you have any secrets in your past you probably shouldn't be getting all better than thou right now. We have all done things we are not proud of and don't want aired on dirty little chat sites like this. She has a family that are blameless and therefore should not be topic of bashing. As far as thinking her husband is scum, that is your personal opinion and not necessarily that of the general public and therefore, should not be judged but when you put it out there like you did, you can only expect that someone who likes him will defend him. Honestly, how you treat someone often determines how you are treated in return, Just Saying. Again, I say, jugde not lest you be judged and add to that let those without sin cast the first stone, so I suppose all those bashing Sue are sinless. I THINK NOT!

Those in church sure judge don't they. Treat her like they treat everyone else. Also our country is spending so much time putting people in jail and keeping them down and out for life on first time offenses or drugs. We really need to change things here in America. Did you know that France incarcerates juevenille's 17 times less, instead it's kids, parents, why , conflict resolution, hugs and love from the community and CHANGING THINGS!! Putting loved ones who do not commit murder, rape, armed robbery away is not the answer and is not progressive!
